The Board of Directors of the Kittitas Reclamation District met in Special Session September 24, 2012. Directors in attendance were Chairman Ed Wakkuri, Fred Schnebly, Paul Weaver, Urban Eberhart and Larry Bland. Also in attendance were Barbara Pettit, Ken Hasbrouck, Kevin Eslinger,Bob Weaver and Legal Counsel Jeff Slothower.

With a motion from Paul Weaver and seconded by Larry Bland the Board adjourned to Executive Session for 2 hours at 1:10 p.m. to discuss the 2013-2015 Union Proposal and the potential Taylor Bridge Fire litigation. The motion passed unanimously. Chairman Ed Wakkuri announced a 30 minute extension at 3:10 p.m. Chairman Ed Wakkuri announced a 20 minute extension at 3:40 p.m. The Board returned to Special Session at 4:00 p.m. with a motion from Paul Weaver and seconded by Larry Bland. The motion passed unanimously.

All Business having been concluded the meeting adjourned.
